Every alter, seen and honored
Each member of your system gets their own space to exist. Not just a name on a list, but a rich profile that reflects who they are, how they show up, and what makes them unique.

Custom color
Choose from a palette or pick any color. That color follows the member everywhere they appear in the app, from the dashboard to the front log to stats.
Pronouns & role
Record how each member likes to be addressed and their role within the system. Pronouns are shown throughout the app wherever the member appears.
Description
A free-form space to capture personality, triggers, preferences, or a full bio. As long or short as it needs to be.
Custom fields
Define your own fields to track whatever matters to your system. Favorite color, comfort items, age, species. Anything goes.
Archive support
Quietly archive members who are dormant without deleting their data or history. They disappear from daily views but remain searchable.
Front history
Each profile includes a complete log of when that member has fronted, with timestamps and duration. Spot patterns at a glance.
Member groups
Organize members into groups for easier browsing: subsystems, categories, or however your system is structured.
Public visibility
Choose which members appear on your public profile. Control field-level visibility so you share only what you want.

How it works

Create a member
Give them a name, pick a color, and add any details you want. You can always come back and edit later.

Add the details that matter
Fill in pronouns, roles, descriptions, and custom fields. Every field is optional, so add as much or as little as you like.

Start tracking
Once a member exists, they can be selected for fronts, mentioned in journal entries, and included in polls. Their profile becomes the hub for everything about them.
